Your details, handled with care.

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the designs, measurements and options you choose.
• Photos and files you upload: room or wall photos and inspiration images you add to an order or a custom design request.
• Custom design requests: the details you enter in the request form.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

• To make, ship and support your order, including preparing your proof.
• To send emails about your order, such as payment confirmation and status updates.
• To calculate shipping and taxes for your address.
• To answer custom design requests.

We don't sell your personal information.

Photos you upload are kept in private storage and are only visible to our studio. If you use the AI room preview, your photo and the selected design are sent to an AI image service to create the preview. The preview is shown in your browser; we don't keep a copy of it. To limit misuse, we record how many previews each photo has had, together with a scrambled (hashed) identifier of your connection rather than your IP address.

Your cart, wishlist and delivery destination are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We use trusted providers to run the shop: website hosting and database, payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, email delivery, and the AI image service described above. They receive only what they need to provide their service.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some order records may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons.
