Measurement Guide
Measure once. Dream big.
1
Measure the full width
Measure from corner to corner along the wall at its widest point.
2
Measure the full height
Measure from the floor (or top of the baseboard) to the ceiling.
3
Don't subtract doors or windows
Include them in your measurements unless our studio asks otherwise. We fit the artwork around them during proofing.
4
Measure several points on uneven walls
Older walls are rarely perfectly square. Measure width at the top, middle and bottom, and height at the left, center and right, then use the largest numbers.
Examples
- Imperial: 10 ft 6 in wide × 8 ft 2 in high
- Metric: 320 cm wide × 249 cm high
